‘I believe that if you keep an open mind, you can bring opportunities, knowledge and success to everything you achieve in your career.’
With confidence and persistence, I’ve always pushed myself to adapt and gain knowledge so I can apply better design solutions to every customer experience. My journey from when I started as a Junior web designer/coder to now a Lead Product Designer displays my passion for UX to deliver great experiences.
With over 16 years of being in the digital industry, I’ve been able to lead on UX/UI of some of the major projects across the web delivering the key required outcomes using the ‘User Centered Design’ approach throughout the project lifecycle. My coding knowledge has always allowed me to collaborate with the devs effectively so the outcome is close to the desired solution.
In my recent role, I've been actively contributed in shaping the product roadmap and strategy for the team. Beyond that, I've taken the initiative to also use this an opportunity to help in shaping the group strategy and the UX vision. I deeply care about having an impact and pushing the boundaries.
To me ‘design’ is not just a task I’m filling in my role. But it’s rather a tool/technique that I use to visualize a customer journey that is simple for a user to understand and process. It’s my lifelong passion that I’ve broadened in the length of my career, to create enticing but simple end-to-end user experiences.
